“I think it's it's it's a bit of everything. The visuals were quite fascinating. It's not only one thing you demonstrated in the ad. You know? It it it's a combination of multiple aspects of the world, you know, multiple situations, whether it's political or war zone area or human in the hunger or any day to day life, those visuals. On top of it, you know, the the the messaging was quite strong, and the pace was also good. You know? It it was not too long. It was not too short, but you covered, like, variations in that, you know, few minutes of the ad.”

“I like the visuals. I thought it was obviously incredibly well edited, really good things that had been scenes and shots. I I thought the overview the not the overview. The voice over was very I thought that was very it it had a gravitas that you associate with the BBC, and I really like that. I thought the pacing was quite good. It was it kept your attention the whole way through. Yeah. It didn't sort of stray on anything or labor a point too long. I, yeah, I thought that was actually that it was very good. I can't say I remember the music at all.”

“I think that sort of mixture of, you know, real life footage and the sort of more scripted bits, like at the very end, you know, you've got the new cast newscaster there actually delivering that message, you know, about the truth. So it was that mixture between real life events, real life footage, and things that were staged is the wrong word, but things that were more scripted and more more theater not theater, but more people reading from a script. So I'd I think that mixture was very different. It almost looked it had almost like kind of like a black mirror or kind of documentary sort of style to it. And I thought that was that was a bit different, and that was a bit unusual.”

“I would say the music, it's fit is fit for the art definitely because it's it's an elevating music. It's an elevating music, and, also, the message is quite the message the artist passing across is very important because of in the age of fake news, in the age of social age of AI, there are a lot of issues going on. There are a lot of issues that needs that concern in terms of privacy, in terms of there are several issues going on, and the message passing the passing across a message that there's a platform that you could trust for the genuine information that you could trust for genuine news. There's a platform that put a lot of effort into this to discover the truth. So the message is quite important so as much as the music that accompanies it and also the visuals explain the concepts the video is trying to pass. So it it reinforces the message mode. The visuals also reinforces the message that is being passed across. I think the pace of the video is quite okay. It was not too fast. It was not too slow. So for me, the pace is alright, and it the message was well passed across.”

“I thought all of these elements came together to create an impactful ad. The visuals, as I spoke about already, the music was good and not over whelming. The message was very strong the way it was narrated, and I could tell who was narrating it because it's a familiar voice of a newscaster. And the pacing was quite good even though it was a bit long. I thought it was very good.”

“What stood out to me was, the piece of the ad, the the the sequence, the the arrangement of, the the different visuals and the sounds, they all worked in sequence, and it's relayed the message. It was delivered perfectly. It's it's different from every other news kind of ad that I've seen because the sequencing of the visuals and the sound were well arranged and well placed. So it made it easier, and the clarity was was just there. It was beautiful to see and very creative.”

“It's a bit of a longer piece of content, isn't it? Or it's like a longer advert, I mean, but that's what makes it feel like a piece of content. Yeah. It's just it's just unique in terms of like I said, I've never seen an advert for a news station before, I don't think, or a news organization. And, yeah, it's just a really nice it's just a really nice piece of content that is it is unique. It is creative. It's clearly been very well produced and thought of and, you know, dreamed up as such. And, yeah, I think it's just because it is a bit longer, but it also tells a story from beginning to end to end. It tells a story, and that's what I really like about it along with the visuals. Like, every part of it, the music, the voice over, the video. Yeah. It just sort of covers everything, and it's just really high quality.”

“Yeah. I liked all of it, really. I like the visuals. I thought they were powerful. I thought they made the point. I like the commentary, and I like the panning to the journalists that we know and trust at the end. So I thought that was great.”

“It was the whole way that the that it was put together. Like I mentioned earlier on, it it felt like a Hollywood blockbuster type, trailer, and it was quite cinematic. So, yeah, the whole package of I think which includes the music. Obviously, the music was dramatic as well.”

“I think it was really well composed. Everything's is turned off very much. The songs, the visual, the scenes. Yeah. It was a really good edit for that video piece of video. And the pacing as well. And the storytelling, you know, like, bringing the problem first and then bringing the solution like BBC. BBC is the solution for misinformation. I think it's really well connected with the BBC brand, and I would really like to see this in, like, televisions or online or even in other countries that would kind of bring a big impact for the BBC brand.”

“Yes. I think, like, it it was a whole package. Like, the one point five minutes, one minute thirty second ad, like, captured the whole essence of the thing that they wanted to communicate and put it out. The visuals that were used were real. The music and the message that they gave actual people speaking, they were showing photographers and people who capture news. So I think it fit it fits perfectly well with their brand.”

“It was definitely the visuals and the message for me. I think the pacing was also very good, but the visuals and the message were really powerful. And and there's something that's so current at the moment that, makes me more interested and would make me want to more watch more the BBC content.”

“Think the it would be wrong to say I enjoyed the advert. You know, I think enjoyment is the wrong thing. Did it have an impact on me? Did it make an impression? Absolutely. And I think it was very much the visuals that did it for me. And, yes, the message, but the message to a sort of a lesser degree, you know, it was talking about getting the truth. But I don't think that message in terms of the way it was articulated was as powerful as the images. So the word enjoyment is wrong in this context. Powerful, evocative, you know, demanding. It was difficult to watch. It was difficult to look at. So it but it was very much the visuals and the pacing of it all that I think did it for me.”

“In terms of curious, absolutely, the visuals of the the AI overlay, I think, might've been when they had, like, the overlay on the face on that one. Absolutely. And then the music was really sort of powerful as well. The the music, especially towards the end, it's sort of like, like, it was, I guess, it sounds like a tense sort of, a tense and powerful track behind it, and I really liked that.”

“And I like the way that they put the, the visuals are showing the writing, like, showing what was fake, behind what people were saying. I think it was everything working together that made it good.”

“Yes. I would enjoy seeing it again on on TV or online. Yes. Just because it's really well made, it brings emotion. It's not boring. It brings some light to the problems the world is facing right now in a very kind of emotional way. So, yes, I would enjoy it.”

“The visuals, of course, to me was was top notch. You know? That for me was, the the eye point. And, yes, the pacing of the eyes was was very good. In all, I I will say the visuals to me were just impactful. They were really impactful.”

“Yeah. I think maybe not not so much the visuals necessarily. I think they were kind of I don't know if a particular kind of aesthetic approach to it. The music was obviously quite dramatic, quite rousing. But, yeah, I like that message of the BBC kind of taking a stand against this this, onsort of misinformation. I hope that was powerful and resonant.”

“I mean, for me, I guess, despite of feeling like that is the adrenaline pumping. It's a very memorable ad. It's something I haven't seen before. I haven't seen, you know, press being promoted this way and and all of those things seen seen there are so real, so recent, and so on the back of everyone's head that it makes you very interested in what's happening. So it was really good at despite of the them that makes me feel anxious. So I guess the vary variety of visuals and the narrator was kind of making this very intense and real, but also very memorable and stuck in my head.”

“It just reminded me of the WWE package for, say, maybe a pay for you or something. I think it was the slow builds that was involved and the music and the the of different clips, really. I do like that sort of style. I think it's quite creative. It's very engaging, that sort of style of video content. So although the message was I feel it was original, creativity was very good, but also it's something that's very common.”

“I have to be honest. I can't remember the music that was was in the background. I was too engaged on the images and the the way it was all quite dramatic and and pieced together. And the voiceovers that I found more engaging, more interesting. It reminded me of, you know, the BBC verifies articles I read. So I think, yes, it was very engaging. I loved the visuals. The message was, you know, very on point And definitely, if if it was made into a program as such, I'd I'd I'd want to watch that.”

“I think the overall narrative, the pitch, the voice of Clive Meery yeah. The storytelling, I think, was was really compelling for me. You know, I listened end to end for the minute and a half. It wasn't too long. It wasn't too short. It had sort of kind of the right pace, but also the right words to demonstrate, you know, we are serious about impartiality and trust. I've not seen any other news channel really kind of pitching it in that way. So I think, you know, all kudos to to the BBC and, obviously, the makers of the the ad. You know? I think it stands out for me personally. It, you know, kind of makes me believe even more trust in the BBC reporting in that respect.”
