“I find it credible and believable. I don't think the BBC would spread fake news. It's the BBC. And, yeah, there's nothing in particular that made me makes me believe that they wouldn't. Apart from that, they're just such a big organization and wouldn't want the bad rep of spreading fake news.”

“So, yes, I definitely think that it influenced my perception of the BBC. So I think as a source of information, I would now regard the BBC as a credible source of information. Whereas maybe before, I've not really thought about that side of the BBC. So I'd say that it has made me think about where information comes from and the fact that actually the BBC are working really hard to make sure they get, factual information to the audience.”

“So, yes, definitely. So I think the shift in motions definitely makes it more impactful. I think it makes you, I suppose, think a bit more about where you're getting information from, and is it a trustworthy source? And I think, overall, the my emotions were quite like initially, I was a bit like, oh gosh. Like, you know, how how do we know what's fake and what's not fake? And and I think that then when it came to, like, I suppose incorporating, like, the BBC within the ad is that perception that actually you can get trustworthy information. You just need to make sure you show your source is correct. So, yeah, I I definitely think, like, the the emotion invoking side of it, does have an impact on how I feel about about the ad.”

“I found that really interesting actually because I I love the whole conspiracy theory, sort of thing anyway. There's, you know, so much going on in the world and wondering, you know, what's happening, what's going on, how much of it is true. Is it the information you're getting is all one-sided or is it is there some sort of political or business agenda to it. But I guess you never really think about how the journalists get the information or what they have to go through to get the information. The fact that they are there in the thick of it constantly and the the fact that, you know, oftentimes they could be in danger and I don't think we get to see that side of it. So it'd be really interesting to see some sort of, I guess, documentary. This looks like it's one of the BBC verify type things where they fact check the, information that's out there in the news, the media, or on social media. But to be able to see that they do actually, you know, dig deep for the truth, I think, yeah, it's it's something that I I find interesting, but also, comforting that, you know, I I read BBC News on the on the BBC app every single day. And that is my, you know, source of what's going on in the world and my kind of source of truth. And seeing this actually has solidified my, confidence in in these new stories around the BBC.”
