Quotes
“It brought about a sense of trust for me in, seeing people in these intense situations, and kind of made me feel like they're working hard to make sure that I can have access to information, knowledge, media from around the world in difficult situations and kind of made me think about how hard they work when it says that they're kind of twenty four hours around the clock working so that I can have access to this information and knowledge and news and updates. So I am more inclined to engage with BBC content, and I think it evoked a sense of trust in the content that they provide.”
“A bit of everything. A bit of everything combined. I come from a I just graduated university with, digital communications and public relations degree, masters, basically. And this ad is is perfect. So I will be talking with my friends on my previous courses about this ad on the way the ad was executed to reach the impact it has. But when I'm talking to my friends outside that do not really understand communications and marketing, I would I would really talk about the message because it has been conversations that were being had that BBC is losing credibility. But with them I I don't know if I can say this. But with them having the strength to come out, do this out, and say, we know you're saying all these things about us, but we never our credibility is here, and we're gonna prove it more to you again and again and again until you understand we're credible. And we're gonna take out down everybody that says we're not credible. We're gonna take them down with facts. That that's amazing. That message is amazing. So that's what I'll be talking most about. But, obviously, the the message, it resonates with the brand because every time I would talk about a company that can rely a message like this outside, it means the company has strength. The company knows how to do what they do, and they know how to do it right.”
“I definitely feel a bit more inclined to trust a little more into their reporting or perhaps maybe engage a little bit more with their content. Because the approach that they showed in the video is one that is again thought provoking but it's earnest and they really emphasized on seeking truth and bringing the truth to the people. And I think in this day and age where there's so much information being bombarded from different, sources, it definitely puts the BBC as one of the reputable sources and I think yeah it's definitely changed my perception in that way not that I had a bad perception of the BBC but it was just sort of thing where I suppose myself like many other people have always thought that let's say news agents and all these channel news channels they have some sort of influence when it comes to let's say perhaps things such as like politics or maybe things that are going in the background but this definitely has swayed me a little bit to I guess trust a little bit more of their reporting given how much they go through.”
“I think I would just focus on, like, the main story about how that they do fact check stuff, and it is a reliable source of information. I think, yeah, I think it was quite a good effort to watch. It was a bit thought provoking, and I would be inclined to watch more BBC content knowing that that is something that you guys do.”
