Products with Prime delivery badges or Subscribe & Save discounts are seen as indicators of cost savings and convenience, boosting add-to-cart rates. Conversely, lack of visible subscription options or buried discounts can lead to hesitation or abandonment. Highlighting subscription savings and delivery badges prominently throughout the shopping process can enhance cart additions and reduce abandonment.

“Routinely, I've got a subscribe and save set up on Amazon. They have Lily's Kitchen. I do that because it's cheaper, it's easier, it's delivered. And if I miscalculate, I can get a delivery quickly then as well. I normally have the big bags, the 12 kg bags, so it's sort of just more convenient than going to the shop.”

“Okay. So the main advantages for shopping on Amazon is the subscribe option with the 25% off coupon applied. But I do like the idea of the subscribe especially if it's gonna be cheaper. That is really the main thing. I mean you've got lots of pictures to choose from and also when I did not find exactly what I'm looking for I've got this here which is frequently bought together so they've got products related to the items. So if I don't find what I'm looking for I can look down here and it's got that information there as well.”

“So I do tend to always go for the prime ones, the options where there's quick delivery. So free UK delivery on all orders. But, yeah, today, we can go into the Edvard shop. And then he does like so he likes to have all of these ones. So this one here, £20, £10 off subscription. So I haven't actually subscribed to any more any at the moment. But I do buy it quite a lot, so I probably should subscribe.”

“The big advantage is of course that you don't have to lug it around. You can have it delivered and if you have a really big bag, you have peace of mind for a long time. And above all, these really large containers are often not even available in normal supermarkets. That's really good. You can even take out a subscription. Then you have complete peace of mind if you have a more or less fixed time frame. I think that's nice. And then there are even discounts on these items if you subscribe. I think that's great. Otherwise, I also thought it was good. Colorful food, dry. The filtering options on the side. So you really had the option to limit all the possible ailments a dog could have. Here on the side, or by age group, if you have a brand preference, the flavor. So, that was, above all, the purpose. I found that to be the thing for me. And if you then say, "Here, I'll take the subscription option," then you've restricted it even further. These are things that I find very, very helpful.”

“Or sometimes you can even subscribe. If I know, okay, this is a "We tried it," for example, and it's this, it's good, then the next time I buy something, I'd just subscribe, if possible, and that's it. And then I know I don't have to worry about it. Exactly.”

“I always, or mostly, buy it from Amazon because the prices are reasonable and we have Prime. That means it arrives very quickly.”

“They always kinda have what you want. It literally taken me two minutes to find what I needed, and it was in my cart. Obviously, I was looking for a specific brand. If I wasn't looking for a specific brand though, again you could find a product that you want in under five minutes. It's so convenient and if you've got Prime, it just comes really quickly.”

“So, I usually buy from Amazon Prime because I know what's available there. And yes, you already have an account there, so you don't have to register. Sometimes there are offers there, and yes, everything is stored there. You have a simple payment method, and you already know what you're ordering.”

“I tend to buy off Amazon, as I have a subscription, and, I already have a Prime account, and it's the simplest way of doing it. Yeah. I so I go with ocean core, which is easy to buy off Amazon and a little more expensive elsewhere. And I'll adjust the subscription according to when the price is best and take advantage then. I tend to look for dry food for him mainly, which is high in protein and doesn't have a lot of extras or additives. It's hypoallergenic as well, and it's really good for his coat. Lean, gives him what he needs, and suits suits his needs.”

“So for me, it's just how easy it is, especially the fact that you can set up a scheduled delivery, which is really great for me, because I often forget. But as you can see, free delivery tomorrow is just that so good for me. And you actually do save a little bit of money if you do sub just subscribe. So that's good for me as well because I'll just save a little bit of money. I know it's not much. Sometimes, the food can be out of stock, but there's still other options, which that's what I really, really like is that you're not stuck if you don't have what you need in stock. There's always other options.”
