“So for me, it's just how easy it is, especially the fact that you can set up a scheduled delivery, which is really great for me, because I often forget. But as you can see, free delivery tomorrow is just that so good for me. And you actually do save a little bit of money if you do sub just subscribe. So that's good for me as well because I'll just save a little bit of money. I know it's not much. Sometimes, the food can be out of stock, but there's still other options, which that's what I really, really like is that you're not stuck if you don't have what you need in stock. There's always other options.”

“I find it just really straightforward and the fact that delivery time's, like, superly quick. So just tomorrow, be bish, bash, bosh really quick. I enjoy the filtering aspect as well. So, like, when I initially had a dog for fifteen kilos, it shows me some smaller ones, so I can at least up it until the three kilo and above. I like it there's more filters, but I can also filter by senior. I think the filter side of things are probably my favorite, like, options here. Harrington is also really another good brand of food to get. You can either it's too expensive. Oh, Christ. But, yeah, the filter aspect of it and just the speed of delivery, amazing stuff.”

“Certainly. Well, there was a lot of choice from there. I mean, I I've been buying this brand for a few years, and I didn't know Amazon actually stopped here. I think we checked a few years ago and it didn't. It it's a good choice, and then the price was very good. I mean, that was 3 or £4 cheaper than what I get it on, you know, in in person. So that's definitely, you know, that's that's a good experience. That is is is cheaper. There's also a subscribe and save, I think, I believe on there as well. Subscribe and save. No. They don't have a subscribe and save, but, you know, it it makes it easy, and it just be delivered to my door next day. So it saves me going out and worrying about it.”

“I can find what I'm looking for very quickly on Amazon. It's usually very well priced, and it's delivered quickly. I'm a Prime customer. Therefore, whether it's dog food or something else, Amazon is always one of my first stops because I'm simply super happy with the site.”

“They always kinda have what you want. It literally taken me two minutes to find what I needed, and it was in my cart. Obviously, I was looking for a specific brand. If I wasn't looking for a specific brand though, again you could find a product that you want in under five minutes. It's so convenient and if you've got Prime, it just comes really quickly.”

So, like, there's a 112 sticks option. Like, mine use these Dentistix. I normally get this pack, but you can get a huge pack for way cheaper. I think there's a lot of variety on here. It's cheaper than it would be in a shop. And, obviously, the main benefit is that I can get it tomorrow if I needed it, and then I don't have to do anything. It's very straightforward, very easy.”

“Yeah. Amazon's just really easy. It literally takes me seconds. It's quite intelligent. It's quite intuitive. So I've got sort of everything saved that it generally knows what I want. It is generally best value sometimes. I'll shop around and just make sure that it still is and nine times out of 10 it is. Even where there's promotions on other sites like pets at home or other dog food places. Yeah. It's just easy. Really easy. Really quick. And re like a reliable there's been I can't count my one hand the amount of times there's been issues with delivery. So yeah.”

I have all the different varieties that are available, with the various levels. The dry food is included right here. I can choose everything on one page. I also have a discount voucher for a savings plan here. I can decide right there on the page: Do I want to subscribe? I can set my delivery interval here, or I can arrange a one-time delivery. So, I have everything on one page. The whole thing is very clear. I have all the options I need here, and that's why I'm very happy with it.”

So it's all discounts, and then you've got reviews. So reviews are, for me, one of the most important parts of Amazon because you can look for some really good reviews with people. You can also search I believe you can search as well. You can search reviews to see if it's sort of good for your type of dog. So that's why, you know, I typically check every single time I buy something on Amazon. They've got sort of, you know, things about the brand, which I'm not I don't really usually look too much about like these parts here because I know the brand. If I didn't, I would. And then you've got sort of other products which are which are good. So if my you know, if this dog food wasn't in stock, I would possibly consider another product.”

“Well, first of all, shopping on Amazon, you can just do it at home quickly. You don't have to leave the house. As soon as I checked in James, I came up James available of dog food as that's the one that I normally get. And the product that I normally get as well, it came up fresh straight away obviously because that's something that I regularly buy. And then I was able to add the basket getting 5% off there too and it will be delivered on Saturday so I don't even need to wait for it very long for it either. And with prime delivery, I normally get it fairly quickly.”
