Meal planning stood out when parents talked about recurring cognitive effort rather than cooking alone. The burden came from deciding what to feed the family, balancing health, budget, preferences, and schedules, and then turning those decisions into groceries and prep. The most compelling support is planning-led help such as personalized menus, grocery lists, and delivery coordination, while still letting parents keep control over food choices and routines.

And so if I didn't have to plan meal plan, prep the like, go grocery shopping, figure out how, you know, how much we need for it for the week, and then and then cook it and prepare it, so much of that take it takes up so much mental space and just so much time in my day to have to do that. So that would be one that if I didn't have to do that, would be such a lift.
