Fast food restaurant experience - 🎥 Video Feedback Required

Thanks for joining! ✨ This is a quick 15 minute interview you’ll complete right after ordering at a fast-food restaurant or coffee shop. 🍔☕️

Before you begin:

Head to the fast-food restaurant/coffee shop of your choice, and place your order in person (we've increased your reward for doing this survey to help cover the cost). You can go into the store to order, or use the "drive thru" 🚗🍟, but do not pre-order using the app or order for delivery 📵.
We will be asking you about your experiences in the store, so think of yourself as an undercover investigator 🕵️ collecting feedback to share with us later. Take a look around the store, and think about your interactions with employees 👥, as we'll want to know about them!
Start this interview when you’ve received your order and are unpacking/eating it. 🍽️
During the interview, please:
- Show your items on camera (packaging, appearance) when prompted. 🎥📦
- Take a bite/sip on camera and describe the taste, temperature, and texture. 😋🥤
- Answer questions about the ordering process and who you’re with. 🧾👫

Please ensure safe filming and respect store rules and other guests. If you’re in a car, park safely before recording. ✅🛑
