Quotes
“I mean, I love the droppers, but really an airless pump would work so much better. Because, like, getting enough product and dripping it down or dripping on my face, like, it's fun, but it takes a while. So just literally pump done. Some of these, feel like I have to do multiple. So just an airless pump so I'm not losing any of the product and it's fast. That would be great.”
“So it doesn't matter if I mean, I don't want to dispense, like, necessarily long. Like, why is this or slow? Like, why is it taking so long to dispense? But just ease of use. Like, do I have to unscrew eight caps to this tricky lid that's hard to lock into place, something like that, or is it just like a pump pump? Good to go. So I'd say ease of use. How simple is it to just get the product out?”
“I mean, much as I can, I try to get it out of the bottle if I can unscrew the bottle cap and, like, access the pump? But, yeah, there's certainly a moment where I don't wanna spend more time on it, and there's just a, like, a bit of frustration that I can't get it. And I'm sure that I'm losing leaving a certain amount of of products still in the package. It's just not accessible, and it's not something I wanna spend more time on. But it's wasteful.”
“I find anything with a pump application is super quick. I think anything like the the foundation, you know, you can pump it real quick on your hand. You can control more or less how much is coming out. So I think that would be great. In terms of the product itself, that would be most helpful for me.”
“I know that having a pump would be convenient to get it from the package into my hand and then onto my skin, better than the current process that I use. However, I also think that a pump kinda sacrifices some of the product. You lose some of it along the way. You know, it's it's a lot easier to get every last drop of moisturizer out of a jar like this than it is to get out of a a product with a pump on it. So there's some win and some lose there with that.”
“I would say out of all my products, I'm not a big fan of the jar kind of scoop out packaging. I really hate I don't have nails right now, but when I have nails and I'm, like, scooping out of the jar, it gets all under my fingernails when I'm peeling that out. So this is probably my least favorite packaging product that I have. I do love glass packaging, but it doesn't like, I do definitely prefer some sort of, like, pump product as comparison to, like, a product you have to, like, scoop out.”
“The absorption rates, particularly on humid days for a moisturizer would be very helpful. I do like products that have a built in pump, and I don't think too much about how to how much I need to put on. Yeah. That would be that would be it. Something that you could easily get to the bottom of the the the package because, like, the moment when you're if you use a pump and you can't get that last bit out and it's really frustrating, so you have to take it out and, like, start taking the bump and rubbing it on your fingers to get the last bit of the package, I find that incredibly frustrating that, like, last maybe, like, 15% of the package, you can't access easily because it's not designed well to go up the pump or to be removable.”
“One thing that could be annoying is for the Aveeno. Like, sometimes it does pump kind of slow, I guess. You know what I mean? If I'm trying to hurry up and get somewhere and I use a bottle to get two to three pumps. That does annoy me and frustrate me, but it's not the, you know, it's not the end of the world.”
“Definitely a dispenser. I think dispensers work well. You can know how much product you're getting and how it can work into the skin. A small amount is goes a long way. It could save you money. So this I will definitely say a dispenser will work well. I would definitely package it with a dispenser. It would have the brand's logo in like, the brand's logo on the packaging along with a dispenser, because I think dispenser will work effectively.”
“I think it would reduce waste in that sometimes with the dropper things, like, they just get spilled out everywhere or the dropper doesn't get enough or, like, just it's and then, like, having the open container, it could just I could knock it over because I had to take the lid off to get it out. So it would reduce waste because I've had had times, unfortunately, that I spilled things. It would I mean, I guess it would save time potentially because sometimes you don't the dropper doesn't do what I want it to. Like, I have that happen right now. It's like, want more to come out. So yeah. So I think it would just make the process smoother in a bunch of different ways.”
“For me, it definitely has to come, with clarity of instructions. I think that's really, really important. Portability is great. That's why I like the travel size, items as well, and dispenses cleanly. That's huge, especially if you're running late. I mean, that is definitely a top factor for me because if it, you know, dispenses and it makes a mess everywhere, if I'm running late, I don't have time to clean. That's just going to make me even later for work. So, definitely, those things are super important.”
“Okay. So for all my products, I mean, it's been this is a question that I could easily answer because it has actually been a problem for me before. You know, I don't like when I have to turn the product to my hand. That actually most of it, I put more than I'm supposed to, and I have to spend time returning it back. So having a pump like this actually makes it quite easier for me. And, also, having where I can pump, that actually works very well for me. So in terms of dispensing, that's a top priority. So, I mean, pumping and, you know, the droppers would actually make more sense and make it faster.”
“The pump would make it way easier. Like, you can just and put it in your hand as opposed to I I ain't digging in no cream. Like, I that'll I'll avoid that. I I won't even use products like that. There are lotions I don't use, and I use self tanners that come in a pump because of that, because I do not like sticking my hand down in something. So definitely the pump thing would work better.”
“Definitely re reducing frustration, but most importantly, definitely, I would say getting the full value from the product. There's nothing worse than buying something, and you can't even get the most out of it like the EOS lotion. Damn near the whole bottle will be full of lotion, but, like, when it runs out, you can't even get any of it because it's caked up on the sides. And that's I feel like it's a waste. You're wasting so much lotion because of the way the packaging is.”
“Yeah. Like I said, the the tubs of products, I don't like the tubs because they're just so inconvenient. You have to take the top off, then you have to dig your fingers inside of it, and it's just, like, messy, especially if I done my nails. Like, if I have fake nails on, it, like, gets under my nails and oh my gosh. It just makes me want to jump out of a window. I hate that so much. So, like, big, huge containers where you have to, like, dig your fingers in there, I don't like that. And single use products, I don't like that either. That's not great for the environment. So, like, face mask, I don't really use those, like, disposable ones. I don't like to use those often because they're not good for their environment. They're single use products. But waste, yeah, face mask, I don't like the waste with that. And I don't like the mess when you have to dig inside of a tub to get some product out.”
