“I mean, just looking at all my product instructions, like, use once a day, press cotton pad at top of dispenser, and pump down to saturate sweet pad across face and follow with moisturizer. These are great instructions to me. They're not super long. It's suggesting what you should use after, what you should use before. Yeah. I think these are I also like when there's a time, like, this one says massage for thirty seconds. Like, I think that's great to give give me a time and I guess a cue to, okay, you should leave this product on a little longer because normally, I wouldn't use that for thirty seconds. So I think if there is a specific time that's best for the product to work, that should be included on the packaging. Yeah. Gently pat a pump, so how much to use, I think it's pretty intuitive, but just a little sentence on the back of the packaging, just how to use it, think would be would be good.”

“I think the step number and how much to apply would be helpful. And then saying if it's more for oily skin, combination, dry, that's always really helpful as well.”

“Like you said, label queues would be nice to know how much time, it takes for each product to absorb before you can move in on to the next step. That's all I can think of. Hi.”

“If they were numbered or lettered, like a b c. So you know it's one two three. Something like that, maybe like in the upper right hand corner or something in the package or right on the top of it, Like something that would be right here on the top that kind of shows you, oh, this is step one and maybe like this is step two. Something like that.”

“Something printed right on the bottle and with symbols. Because, like, the thing with the card is that most people will just throw out the card. So it's better if it's just straight on the bottle because they'll be constantly reminded. They'll always look at the bottle, so the instructions will always be there.”

“Yeah. It would be good to have, like, a step number or an instruction to know what to use. Right now, it's just based on my own, like, testing. But if there's, like, a step by step guidance, I would love to have that just to make sure, like, what I'm doing really works and it doesn't, like, clash with, like, everything that I'm putting on my skin right now. So if there's, like, a some sort of a manual, I would love to have that.”

“Well, I think the more adaptable would be better. But, I mean, each product should come with its own small instructions on how to use that particular product. But as far as, like, a package deal, it's as simple as writing one, two, three, four on the outside of the bottle like hair dye. You know what I'm saying? It gives you the instructions on what to do with each one, but it says one, two, three, and four, and then it says mix one and two. You mix one and two. You understand? So, I mean, like, it doesn't have to be rocket science. It it can be simple. People understand simple.”

“I think simple instructions on the packaging would be really helpful. I also have noticed on apps like Sephora and Ulta, when they're promoting makeup, they have a short video on how to apply the makeup, and that could be really helpful. If it had specific videos on different skin types, that could be really interesting and helpful. But definitely having straightforward instructions on the packaging would probably be the most helpful for me.”

“I love on pack or on bottle directions, especially with pictures where it's like this area first, then let it sit in this area or whatever. On pack directions, I love it. That would be awesome.”

“With the clear package guidance, the details I would want would just be specific amounts, and then step numbers, and also how much time to wait before applying the next step. So more specifically, the amount of how much of product I would need.”

“I feel like the greatest cue would be how long to wait between steps. I know what order I should be going in, that I should be going in toner, serum, and moisturizer order, but mainly just how long is enough time between each of those steps.”

“Well, I'd love something super intuitive, like clear visual cues right on the packaging. Maybe a simple guide that shows exactly how much to use or even little texture indicator so you know when it's fully absorbed and ready for the next step. So a q, a QR code, for instance, with short digital tips will be amazing too. Something that feels personal and easy, like your skincare routine is teaching you as you go.”

“What would help would be if the directions on the packaging told the order on when to use them. So if it said to use it following a different type of product, that would be helpful. And then how the package would disperse the product. So if by one press or one squeeze, it gave the perfect portion amount, that would be helpful.”

“I would definitely love to have, like, short video tips. I feel like it's something that is very helpful. Like, whenever I I see, like, videos about skincare, like, right now influencers that share about, like, their skincare routine or the products that they use, like, have enjoy watching, like, this, like, reels on Instagram, and they're, like, just so quick and easy to understand. I think simple impact directions would be good, but I definitely vote for, like, the fingertips. I think they're very engaging, and they help you to see, like, how like, envision, like, how the skin will like, how the product will work on your skin.”

“Honestly, I think the biggest game changer will be smarter packaging, something that makes the process faster and more intuitive, like airless pumps that dispense the exact right amount or dual chamber products that combine serum and SPF in one step without compromising texture. I'd also love subtle subtle visual cues, maybe color changing caps or timers that indicate when it's time for the next layer. It's about saving time without losing precision. So that's luxury in the morning.”

“A quick step numbering system would be the easiest and the quickest just because I could see it right away, and just know, you know, what number in the process I'm supposed to use, which product, or what type of product if it's not from the same brand. Short text directions are always helpful. I find that it has to be on the bottle or jar container itself and not on the pack box packaging because most consumers will just throw the packaging away. So it has to be on the product itself. But I'm really not picky in terms of what style of communication, but of the options provided in the question, a quick step numbering system would be the easiest.”

“So I'm a huge, huge fan of the steps. If you can give me guide in the steps, that's the best. If not, then give me a description. If the product comes with a QR code where we can scan and watch the video how to use your product. That would be amazing for either steps or the video's amazing.”

“Honestly, I'd love something that feels really easy and natural, like quick little videos I can watch as I'm doing my routine. I don't always have time to read instructions. So if I brand, gave short visual cues maybe through an app or even a QR code on the packaging, that will be perfect. And I'd want it to feel like a friend or expert guiding me in real time, reminding me how much to use or when to move to the next step. So it will make the whole experience feel smoother and more personal, like the brand actually gets how my morning work my mornings work. That's the the secret to connect with the with the customers, I think. It's a game changer for me from a marketing perspective.”

“Definitely how often to use them and most definitely how much to use and then what order of the steps I should go. Instead of, like, guessing, I would like to know, like, exactly exactly the steps and then how much I should use.”

“I don't really need to know how much to use. I just know it intuitively. But, yes, how long to wait between steps and an order of when to apply thing. When I was first starting skincare when I was younger, It was such a big trouble because I didn't know when I should apply what. So if they just gave a clear instruction list of when you should apply and at what time, it would be great and how much time to wait, it would also be great.”

“Because I am using different products across different brands, it's always helpful for me when the packaging tells me when I should be using it and, like, what order I should be using the product. So if I should be using the spot treatment first and then putting on moisturizer after or putting on moisturizer first after cleansing and then the spot treatment after. It's always helpful for me to know where in the process if if I have multi steps in my skincare routine where each product should go even if it's not from the same brand. I prefer on package, guidance over digital. I think adding, you know, having to use my phone or look up something on my laptop is just an additional step I don't need. I would have to wash my hands after touching those devices before touching my skin. So OnPack instruction or guidance would be the most helpful. And if it was, just a short usage note on in terms of what where in the process I should be using what product.”
