Welcome! A quick intro before we start

What this is: You’ve been invited to take part in a short research session about real-life skincare routines. We want to understand what works well for you, what’s frustrating, and where products or guidance could be better.

What you’ll do today (approx. 30 minutes):

Answer a few warm-up questions about your skin goals and routine.

Show your normal routine on camera please flip your camera so we can see you, the products you use, and how you apply them.

Hold each product up to the camera for 2–3 seconds so we can read the label, then apply as you usually wouldno changes needed.

Finish with a couple of quick questions.

Before we begin: set-up checklist

• Lighting: Face a light source so your face and hands are visible.
• Phone position: Prop your phone so we can see you and your sink/vanity.
• Sound: Quiet space with minimal interruptions.
• Products ready: Lay out what you actually use in order.
• Camera: Flip to the rear camera (or use the setting that lets us see what you see).
