“Well, all the products they have are up to date, with prices, whether they're available in stores or not, and, most importantly, which stores I can find the product I'm looking for, especially near me and in my city.”

Like, if I want to buy something, like, by opening any quick service app, sometime that product is not available in that app. So what I do, I choose the AI tools and search that these are the brands or these are the products will be available in, which shopping app or which application. So for that, I don't need to search each and every app. I don't need to open each and every app for that product. Like, if you, like, anything, like food food if we, I first decide, like, about the food and beverage. So I, choose the AI tool and search that this is the brand of biscuit or cookies, like, if I want Cadbury chocolate mix, biscuit. So I asked the AI tool, like, which applications are like, Swiggy, Instamart, Bigg Boss, where where it is available. So it very easily give me, like, these are the option you can buy from there. And, also, they are giving full information including the price and quantity and all.”

“Yes. So when I was buying groceries and was using check GPD for the same, and I was buying it online from a QuickCommerce app. And then AI suggested me another app where the same groceries are significantly lower prices. So I got surprised as how it analyzed the whole web and found the app which is providing the same groceries for, low price.”

“Well, it was actually a lot more about, having to know which specific store has the best deal for that particular product. It can be on special, it can be on sale, and, all that. So those type of information has shaped my decision into having to know which which which store is best for their own product for that product that I'm looking for in terms of the prices, the ranges, and all that.”

“I love I love using I love using chat AI. I lose I love using AI tools to to sort out my shopping list and compare prices. So if it could come to a point where it correctly gets information for me with correct prices at the real time, then I would be happy.”

“AI helps me shop smarter because I can compare prices, presentations, and stores closest to my home, which, in addition to being nearby, can be delivered directly to my door without leaving my house. “Like, maybe when I want to buy online, I I want it to show me the exact places where I can find that, specific product that I want. Because sometimes it does not, really show you accurate information as in how to get the product. You know? Let me, make another example. Like, this other time, I wanted to buy, mugs. So there there are others, transparent mugs that are really great that I wanted for my kitchen. So I asked it if maybe where can I get the product, the mugs? So it mentioned this other store that has closed down, I think, two years back. So, yeah, I wish it could be more accurate in getting the exact locations of where those products”

“Yes. It gives me the recommendation of where to buy, when to buy it, and how much it costs comparing, grocery stores, which one is cheaper. And it it always recommends grocery stores that are convenient for me that are closer to me, not the ones that are very far for me to drive because it wouldn't make sense that you have to travel longer to buy something that is cheap. You end up paying more on fuel to get to go and buy, something that is cheaper. For me, that is what we call penny wise pound foolish.”

“Yes, on one occasion, I was going to buy a phone, an iPhone 13. Yes, I feel like there was a mishap there, because, when they investigated me for an iPhone 13, it was at the Palacio de Hierro store. I wanted a purple color, an iPhone 13. And Gemini explained to me that the product was indeed available, but when it came time to search, to make my purchase, it appeared that the product was not available. “What I expect it to do for me is a comparison, depending on the parameter I give it, right? That is, if I want to know if a product has less sugar, if I want to know if one product is cheaper than another, if I want to know which store I can find it at the best price,”

“I think AI basically, like, does most of what I wish for, which is basically giving me in-depth knowledge of what I seek in a product that I want to buy. And I would definitely say, like, if AI could, like, keep, you know, making these comparisons, giving me direct links to where I could get product, then, yeah, I think this is something I very wish for and it is what I'm getting. So, yes, that's why I said it would definitely play a bigger role in my shopping from next year. I also think, like, it's able to, like if it's able to, like, give, you know, I think it even gives, like, location or where you can get it if it's a physical product, which is something that's very interesting. So you don't have to, like, waste time going to one or two places where the products are not there. You just go to where it is. I think it's huge.”

“Wow. This is a very good question. So I would definitely say, if it's able to connect with local stores inventory in real time so that it knows, like, which product is in stock and which store I should go to to get this product, then it would be like a dream come true. Like or maybe have, like, a good backup option or suggest a good backup option that I could definitely get, instead of what I initially wanted, but it also did not suggest this. So, like, I would say the, you know, connecting directly with local stores, inventory is more of the best option and probably would have solved my problem of the whole outfit because, like, I needed to wear that outfit that day, and I relied solely on AI. And it should have be, the best option. It should have been so much better if AI could connect to local store inventories in real time to definitely find, what I really needed or what I needed in a short time. You know?”

“Yeah. So, as I mentioned before, I'm looking for a good winter parka, and I'm looking for a Canada Goose one. There are no Canada Goose stores near me. And so I relied on AI to not only find me a model that meets my needs, but also to determine the fit. These products are, you know, $1,200. And so I wanna make sure I'm making a confident and informed decision. And so AI, helped me figure out the different features across a couple of the parka models, and also explained the fit. AI also directed me to the pre loved version on the Canada Goose website where I saw some options were, like, half the price. And so, I don't think I would have I mean, maybe I would have come across that on my own, but, I appreciated AI sort of introducing that to me. And I I put the item in my cart. I have yet to swipe the credit card yet.”
