Yeah. So once I was purchasing for skin care products online, and I was placing things in my in my shopping cart online, you know, face wash, face cream, serum. And then right I think right at the, point before the point of making a payment, and then there was a pop up on the on the on the, on the screen. And it was giving me ideas about related products that could go with that skin care regime, Which I didn't expect but you know, it was actually a good thing to see. Because it also introduced me something I never heard of. Like, I'm not actually mentioning a brand but like a liquid care product which is for, extra moisturising, effect that goes before applying the face cream. But it kind of like a it's it's kind of like a serum serum but, you know, it could be applied simultaneously with a serum. But, yeah. So to summarize, that was a very interesting idea that I didn't know about that there's an actual skincare on, you know, called liquid care. So that was quite an eye opener and, quite helpful to know and I added it in my shopping cart and I paid all of it, in the end.

Yes. Definitely. I trust AI because AI doesn't lie. Like, if we are asking, many people, there are many people who are giving paid review of the products. Like, sometime review also are fake. Many people are giving paid review. So we are giving we are getting false information about the suggestion of the product. But AI doesn't lie, so AI AI suggestion is very helpful and informative for me, and I believe in it. It is a very trustworthy, and, I feel like, it is, very helpful. And AI doesn't push to purchase any brand because they are not particularly in any one single brand. They give options and varieties.

Yes, that's right. When you make suggestions for similar products, there have been times when it points me to brands that, although I'd heard of before, I didn't know had that type of product, and so it's led me to analyze or even change my purchasing decision. Sometimes, we don't go for products from well-known brands, but the AI has sometimes given me analyses where there are similar brands whose products have the same specifications at a lower price.

Well, recently, while I was looking for headphones, I asked ear for alternatives to the usual big brands. I suggested a lesson when they did balance good sound quality with comfort for long work session. After checking the reviews, I bought them, and they turned out to be surprisingly better value than what I had originally planned to get.

Yeah. I think that's kept in the case of my, my running shoe example. They've, presented me with a brand that I'd not heard of and wouldn't have considered. And, I eventually ended up buying that particular type of shoe.

Yes, they've helped me choose Chinese brands, which still don't have much visibility here in Brazil, for example. Especially when it comes to skincare. Korean brands, the Chinese have many super good skincare brands, but they don't have as much visibility here because here is more geared towards the United States, so there aren't many. Tomorrow I have a free meal, so basically, as I've already gotten lost and someone has messed me up here, but mainly with skincare brands, she helped me buy from Korean websites and Chinese websites too, which have good shipping here to Brazil, so my skin is doing very well thanks to that.

Yes. Sure. That, AI recommended, plethora of options for me. So I was looking for a mid budget phone, and the brand was a very generic, very, normal brand. But, AI suggested me some phones which were of the same price, but, it offered me much more features as well as the user experience. So based on that, I explored further, and it helped me, in making my decision.

AI helps me shop smartly because the tool can present me with many unfamiliar things, giving me a complete overview of the item or products I want to buy. Ultimately, I can use the information to make a decision based on that information.

I discovered new brands that I hadn't seen before. And, okay, I was mostly worried that they were new brands. Of course, there were also a few other brands, well-known brands. But mostly these were newer brands or brands I didn't know, perhaps even established ones, but I was familiar with them.

I think the closest experience would be with my real estate and finding the CRMs and some digital products. It pulled products and companies that I had never heard of, and like I stated before, probably would not have found on my own. So it did absolutely sway me to think outside of the box and offer new suggestions for me that I didn't even know would be relevant for what I was looking to do because AI was asking me questions and giving me prompts and acting as an expert in my field, which is what I prompted it to do. It was actually a very successful, in my mind, experience, and I did go on to purchase the product and service it did recommend.

Yes, for beauty products, for example, I didn't know that there were types of products that existed, for example, for hair or for the face, which I had never heard of as a product category, and that's why it largely influenced my purchase, and it's thanks to AI that I actually discovered this new type of product that I didn't know about before. So, like I said in my earlier example, I was planning to buy a phone. I gave the AI a budget and a list of features which I had in my mind. So it presented the well known brands as well as the upcoming ones. So the upcoming ones, well, which I was not having any idea of. But when I looked it up on the Internet about those brands, so I saw that those were also a good brand and was, good, upcoming in the

Yes, I also had to choose a television for myself, and I chose the brand that was recommended to me by, let's say, user comments, I didn't know it, it's the Addio brand, and, obviously I chose it over all the others, like Samsung, it was specifically based on a recommendation, and the facts, I checked the guide.

Okay, I have very dry skin, and I was looking for some recommendations for moisturizers that were great value for money. I generally use moisturizers, for example, from the brand O Boticário, which have a scent. They really have a great value and smell good. However, when I researched this, the AI suggested another moisturizer, Serav. She explained that, for my skin type, this type of moisturizer is more recommended because it's unscented and really hydrates, really deeply. And let's say it's better suited for my skin type. This ended up opening my eyes. Because even though the other moisturizer smelled better, and had a more pleasant scent, which I really liked, she realized that for the purpose I wanted, which was to improve my dry skin, the other brand, Cera V, was the most recommended and had the best value for money, especially since the other cream I was going to buy was very similar in price. And it didn't deliver the hydration I needed.

Like, it's around, one month earlier. Like, our television is not at all working, so I was very much disconnected from the media advertisement and all. So there are many, some brands, some brands have launched in the markets, which I I don't know about it as I was, not connected with the advertisements and all. So that's why, when I was searching for the product some products, AI gave me suggestion of new brands also, which I don't know. So, if we AI also gives suggestion about the new brands, products, and information, like latest brands, latest features, we can come to know about it.
