So I I would say, communication, writing, and, yeah, refined communication. So, because, being born in, a country where you the majority do not speak English. Or you're growing up, you speak English but you're not like like, a not an an a natural, born English speaker. You you tend to to, to have to to look for help when it comes to communication and your writing. Because, being in business as well, you need to address the very good communication. So AI has always, helped me with you that communication part, especially maybe when you're applying for a job. Like, I'll take an example, like, you're applying for a job. You need a cover letter that is so, clear that do not have mistakes. Because whenever a cover letter got mistakes, then, you won't even get, any any eye from, human resource. So, AI I've always come to AI to to get help to refine my cover letters as well. And also, like, when it comes to writing in general, like, writing, to other people emails as well. I've also come to, AI to seek for help on on, making sure because we we understand messages differently. We decode messages differently because the way I can, decode a message, is different from, the way somebody may be in another country can record a message. So I would come to, to say, okay. I'm writing to, to this gentleman. He's maybe in Spain. His age is, maybe 68, and and, he he want, the letter to sound x y z. So, a, AI is able to at least to adjust the letter to say, okay. Because of people from Spain, they take this as maybe an offense. This is offending or something like that. Then AI is able to at least help you with a very good communication to make sure that the message that you're trying to send is clear.

I have ChatGPT write almost all of them for me. Now I write most of them myself, or sometimes ChatGPT does them for me. I definitely use ChatGPT for my emails. But I have them proofread there, for example, and it works quite well.

Yeah. I needed help crafting an email to a social group that I'm a part of, and I used, AI to help me, refine and edit it.

Written communication helps me refine and improve my vocabulary. Debating and arguing with my work colleagues—I think AI also helps me a lot with this communication and writing; it significantly improves my work.

Yeah. No. Absolutely. So I feel like I don't know exactly when the change happened, but there definitely was a moment where I started to use AI, and it started to become more of a habit where I stopped noticing that I was using it so much. And now I feel like I use it every single day, whether it's for work, doing translations. You know? I I have to write professional emails, so I just have it now where I type my own email. I then put it into ChatDTP, get some of these spits out. I do some tweaks, and this has just become part of my everyday routine.

Then sometimes when I don't have time and I know it's not important, I ask it to write to me, to write emails for me for example or or to find the key information of a book and make me a summary for example.

When I've had to send messages to clients, but I need the language to be more formal, I write my message and ask the artificial intelligence to give it a formal and professional tone.

I use AI to for help in writing when I need to communicate things, and I cannot find words myself, so I turn to AI. Or I need to look something up online, and I know that if I use AI, it will be faster.

I also use it whenever I have a problem to solve, whenever I have presentations to make at work, whenever I want to improve the quality of an email, whenever I want to brainstorm, frankly, there is no limit. So for me, AI becomes my partner, my daily assistant for all and any task, since there is always a need to do better, have more ideas, be challenged, so there you go.

Yes, so quite simply I had to write a letter for a student who was going to come to our laboratory and in fact I had a lot of information to give him and I typed everything up a bit, so how would I say it, a bit in summary, I put in all the information I wanted to give to the student and said thank you for rephrasing it and frankly, bam, he gives me a perfect text that I can copy and paste into my email and there I have it, it took me 5 minutes and that's great.

When it comes to using AI in my life, I would say that I'm both a power user and a curious explorer. I use it for search, research, and, to answer some of my questions, provide information, compare and contrast. In addition to that, I do use it for work to improve my the email and correspondence that I send to others.

Yes, when I have to create text, I turn directly to AI so that it gives me more coherent text and clearer text that brings me more clarity, and when I also need to write code, I turn to AI so that it shows me which codes I should be using.

It's so the most, I would say, is for my, real estate company, and that literally is everything. I will ask it to respond to emails for me, marketing, anything to do with writing about our properties, if I'm stuck on finances, if it's to add up things, invoicing, sales specs. So, yeah, if I've got something I need to do for work and it can be done quicker on AI, I will do it with AI assistance or just let it let it do it.

I was supposed to send an official letter to a company, and I wanted to phrase it as professionally and competently as possible, yet empathetically. So I simply copied my letter into ChatGPT and asked it to present the whole thing in a professional, competent, yet empathetic manner. It rewrote or converted the entire text to suit my needs and also corrected the spelling and grammatical errors.

I would say I'm a bit of a power user, but maybe not on the highest end of the power use. I use it all throughout the day for work. I use it for rewriting emails. I use it for synthesizing large amounts of data and trying to make sense of it. I also use it for shopping purposes. Whenever I buy anything, I use AI to see if there's a promo code out there. I will put the item link in ChatGPT, and I will ask, is this item priced lower anywhere else? So it's become sort of this second nature, almost this buffer before I press purchase. I also use it to compare multiple products and multiple product features. So AI has been, a bit of a companion, and a very reliable one at that.

Yep. So recently, I was, putting together a, business use case, email for, for work. And, I wrote a basically a long form essay, and I asked ChatGDP to summarize it for me and to extract the salient points, shorten the sentences, correct the grammar, and these sort of things so that I could then turn it into a a sort of more concise email to send on to people in the business.

Mainly to answer emails because it's it's it's so long. Now the fact that it's already included. So now I don't know if it's Gemini because I use Gmail, and it will just help me answer an email. Takes me two seconds instead of having to think of what kind of what form, what language I should use. So that is super, super helpful. I usually prompt what it is that I wanna say, though sometimes it's not super, super accurate, so I'll have to prompt it again. So sometimes I really feel like I'm working with an intern, a good intern, but I still have to proofread what it does. I'd say, yes, this. And then maybe when I'm trying to incorporate for instance, you know, we've got some feedback on a document that I've already created, then I'll use AI to integrate this feedback. Because at this stage, I've seen the document so much. I don't read it anymore. I need help just integrating the feedback.
